Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and working knowledge of SEO best practices. Youll be responsible for designing visually engaging digital content that enhances user experience, supports marketing campaigns, and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of digital assets including website pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, digital ads, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create SEO-optimized visual content that supports brand and campaign objectives.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Translate user and business needs into visually compelling, responsive, and accessible web experiences.
• Utilize web analytics tools to refine design choices based on performance data (e.g., bounce rate, CTR, conversion rate).
• Stay current with design trends, emerging web technologies, and SEO practices.
• Optimize images, graphics, and layouts for fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.
• 25 years of professional experience in digital design or a related role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles, particularly on-page SEO and image optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
