What You'll Do
- Recruit volunteers, staff, and students, prioritizing those directly affected by HIV/AIDS.

- Screen, interview, and place candidates in meaningful positions.
- Support onboarding and retention efforts.
- Coordinate with teams to understand needs and plan recruitment.
- Track recruitment data and keep records up to date.
- Lead offboarding with care, including exit interviews and alumni engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years' experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or similar roles (especially in non-profits).
- Familiarity with GIPA/MIPA principles (meaningful involvement of people living with HIV/AIDS).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience working with diverse communities, including PLHA, BIPOC, and 2SLGBTQIA+ groups.
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 and online tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
- Knowledge of harm reduction, anti-oppression, and equity practices is a plus.
Why Work with Us?
- Make a real impact supporting people living with HIV/AIDS.
- Friendly, supportive team environment.
- Paid training and ongoing professional development.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
- A workplace that truly values equity, diversity, and inclusion.
