• Provide strategic leadership to engineering teams.
• Develop and implement engineering policies, standards, and procedures.
• Drive operational excellence through Engineering methodologies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years related Engineering Manager experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 certification systems a definite asset.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
