Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Engineering ManagerLocation: Trenton, ON Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)Industry: Manufacturing / Medical / Engineering Manager / IndustrialEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to engineering teams.
- Develop and implement engineering policies, standards, and procedures.
- Drive operational excellence through Engineering methodologies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing plant.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years related Engineering Manager experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 certification systems a definite asset.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
