Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Immigration Consultant to provide expert advice and assistance on various immigration matters. The successful candidate will work closely with our Latin American applicants remotely to navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration processes, including Temporary residency visa applications and Permanent residency visa applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between our clients and prospective applicants

• Vetting prospective applicants to ensure they meet Canadian requirements.

• Conduct thorough consultations with applicants to assess their immigration needs and provide tailored advice.

• Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications and supporting documents.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their application status and any required actions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case progress.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the immigration process.

• Attending to Applicants and Clients needs in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant certification required (RCIC)

• Fluency in speaking and writing in Spanish is required.

• Proven experience in immigration consultation or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in immigration law or consultation are preferred.
