About the opportunity
Teads is looking for a highly motivated individual for an internship within our Customer Experience department. The ideal Customer Experience (Ad Ops) Intern will be someone who is a true team player and willing to jump to help the Customer Experience team on their day-to-day tasks, projects, and any ad hoc requests that may come up. Additionally, this person should be interested in Digital Advertising, highly articulate, and committed to quality performance. College students in their Senior year with a major in Marketing or Advertising are encouraged to apply.

What will you do?
- Generate campaign reporting and performance analytics
- Assist in campaign set up
- Produce screenshots for clients
- Templated creative building and creative tagging
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple campaigns at once
- Eagerness to learn and influence the roll out of new Teads products
- Gain a full understanding of a client's goals and help implement a strategy to meet or exceed those expectations
- Quickly and efficiently resolve campaign issues while meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
What will you bring to the team?
- High energy and extremely enthusiastic
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Able to come into the Teads Toronto office 3x per week as we're on a hybrid work schedule
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Advertising is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Self-starter, good attitude, empathetic, ability to take direction and go!
- Fun, energetic, hungry, willing to learn, and proactive
- Able to multitask, has a can do attitude, and is a team player
- Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal, and written
- Organized and detail oriented
- Interested in Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, and/or Media
