About Clutch

We're on a mission to reinvent the way people buy, sell, and own cars.

Clutch is Canada's largest online used car retailer, delivering a seamless, hassle-free car buying and selling experience to drivers everywhere. Customers can browse hundreds of cars from the comfort of their home, get the right one delivered to their door, and enjoy peace of mind with our 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee… and that's just the beginning.

Named two years in a row to the Globe & Mail's list of the Top Growing Companies in Canada and also awarded spots on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50™ and Fast 500™ lists, we're looking to add curious, hard-working, and driven individuals to our growing team.

Headquartered in Toronto, Clutch was founded in 2017 and currently services Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Clutch is backed by a number of world-class investors, including D1 Capital, Altos Ventures, BMO Capital Partners, Canaan, Real Ventures, and others. To learn more, visit clutch.ca.

We're looking for a data-savvy, process-oriented, and strategic leader to join our growing team as Director of Revenue Operations, to help build the systems and insights that will power the next chapter of our growth.

What You'll Do

Process Optimization & Systems

  • Design and scale tech-enabled revenue workflows supporting Sell to Clutch acquisitions, retail sales, dealer transactions, and post-sale experience.
  • Own the go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, including HubSpot CRM, ensuring best-in-class configuration, automation, and data governance across the revenue funnel.
  • Champion the use of revenue intelligence and coaching tools (e.g., Gong) to surface insights, improve rep performance, and drive consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to design and integrate internal systems that enhance team productivity and unlock operational leverage.
Define and implement SLAs, handoff protocols, and process documentation that promote alignment and accountability across GTM functions.

Revenue Forecasting & Analysis

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue forecasting model across multiple business lines (Sell to Clutch acquisitions, retail sales, dealer-to-dealer transactions, and post-sale customer experience).
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and scenario modeling to guide executive decision-making.
  • Analyze historical performance, variances, and trends to surface insights and identify risks.
  • Present insights weekly to cross-functional leadership, highlighting performance drivers and risks.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team specializing in systems, analytics, and enablement.
  • Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and promote a culture of experimentation and agility.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in e-commerce or high-velocity, consumer-facing environments.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, modeling, and revenue analytics.
  • Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives and leading through influence across teams.
  • Excellent communicator who can distill complexity into clarity for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Strong team leadership skills; experienced in building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, data-driven culture.
  • A builder's mindset—willing and able to roll up your sleeves and execute work directly when needed, especially in moments of ambiguity or scale-up.

Nice to Have

  • A genuine interest in Clutch's industry—automotive, marketplaces, consumer tech, or the future of retail.
  • Experience operating in a Series C or Series D startup environment, where growth, ambiguity, and pace go hand-in-hand.

Why Clutch

  • Greenfield opportunity: Own and rebuild our revenue systems from the ground up. You'll have the autonomy and support to rethink what great looks like—and the team behind you to make it happen.
  • Real impact, fast: Tackle fun, complex problems in a high-growth environment where your work will influence strategy, execution, and outcomes across the company.
  • Competitive package: market cash, meaningful equity, full benefits, and an in‑office culture built on transparency and pace.

(Clutch is an equal‑opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.)
