Position Overview

As a Home Care Business Development Representative, youll play a key role in expanding our client base through outreach, referrals, and community engagement. This is a salary + uncapped commission position, ideal for someone with a background in caregiving, PSW services, or healthcare who is ready to step into a client-facing sales and outreach role.

Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network or book of business in the healthcare or home care sector.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $18$20/hour during probation (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission on gross revenue from referred clients
  • Monthly bonus based on collected revenue milestones
  • 6-month probationary period with compensation review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and refer clients to our PSW and nursing home care services
  • Meet monthly referral targets and support ongoing client acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and engage referral partners (e.g., hospitals, clinics, senior centers)
  • Represent Curaga at community events, networking sessions, and outreach activities
  • Track leads and activities using CRM and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, PSW services, or healthcare preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or community outreach is an asset
  • Comfortable with client-facing conversations and outreach
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Access to reliable transportation (for occasional local travel)
  • Remote work setup (phone + internet access required)
