Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Technology will be responsible for the administration, optimization and strategic development of our sales tools, ensuring it effectively supports our sales and marketing teams. This individual will work closely with our Salesforce team be our SME for sales processes and requirements.
This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our Ottawa office.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Administer our sales owned tool set to make sure we are following best practices, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, Delivr.ai)
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline sales processes within the CRM to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Work with Sales, IT, Marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and workflows
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and write detailed requirement documents for the salesforce team to execute system improvements and feature enhancements
- Drive best practices with our salesforce team by being our SME on sales process and procedure
- Partner with Sales Enablement to conduct system and tools training sessions to ensure high adoption and proper suage across teams
- Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of expierence in CRM/systems administration, revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS company is required. 3to 5+ years of experience is strongly recommended.
- Expertise in sales technology such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, Delivr.ai).
- Strong understanding of business process and how we can enhance it with technology.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Obsessive attention to detail. There is no aspect of a project too small to matter.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline complex systems and drive process improvements.
- Operate well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision. Can think creatively and independently to resolve conflict as well as solve problems.
