- Convert academic grades provided on transcripts to a standard scale and calculate an overall Grade Point Average
- Receive, batch, scan and index documentation (e.g. transcripts, references, supplementary forms) for professional programs
- Correct errors on applications as identified on error reports
- Three years' relevant experience in administrative services or a related field
- Knowledge of various software programs e.g. Microsoft Office, along with database and Internet tools
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to explain information in a clear, concise and consistent manner
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Diplomacy, tact, patience, high attention to detail, and professionalism
- Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for a total of 32 hours per week (note: work hours can be made flexible and can be discussed during the interview process)
- Contract covers September 2025 to early March 2026 and paid by hours worked
- Hybrid remote work arrangements may be considered after the probationary period.
