- $80,000–$100,000/year with eligibility for a bonus program
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Flexible remote/hybrid/on-site options
- Execute marketing plans and campaigns in coordination with senior leadership
- Manage content calendars and digital channels (social media, email, website)
- Run digital advertising campaigns and collaborate with external agency partners
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Proficiency with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and major social media tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of brand, retail, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Instacart)
