We Are Hiring a Full-Time Sales Advisor at our shop in Essex, ON!

• Starting at $30–$40/hr
• Benefits, RRSP Match & Bonus Structure!
• Full time (40–45 hours/week) + occasional weekend work
• Monday to Friday schedule

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support technicians in the service shop to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
• Manage daily service operations, balancing customer needs and internal goals
• Oversee all technicians and shop projects to maintain productivity and timelines
• Schedule and assign work based on technician skillsets and shop priorities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supervisory or lead-hand experience in a service environment (agricultural or mechanical preferred)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a busy service department
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to be hands-on in the shop
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities
• Authorized to work in Canada
