We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate who excels in a team-oriented setting and can seamlessly integrate regulatory knowledge with practical execution. This role serves as a vital link across departments, working closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Sales to support product development, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate market access for our dietary supplements and natural health products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field (Master's preferred).
At least 3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or natural health product sectors.
In-depth understanding of Canadian (NNHPD, Health Canada) and international regulatory standards.
Experience in preparing and submitting product master files and regulatory dossiers.
Ability to accurately interpret and apply regulatory requirements during product development and labeling.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
