- Full time: 40–44 hours/week
- Set schedule (weekends may be included)
Responsibilities:
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead store staff
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and merchandising
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and payroll
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience (food/health retail an asset)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets
- Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
