We are hiring for a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead a vibrant food retail location known for its exceptional customer experience and team culture.

• $19–$21/hr + benefits + tips
• Full time: 40–44 hours/week
• Set schedule (weekends may be included)

Responsibilities:

• Manage opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead store staff
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and merchandising
• Manage store budgets, expenses, and payroll

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail management experience (food/health retail an asset)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets
• Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
