Content Writer and Project Specialist
Our client is a global leader in e-commerce marketplaces and we're seeking a creative and organized Content Writer & Project Specialist to join a dynamic international team.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Contract: 6 months with potential renewal
This role blends engaging content writing with efficient project coordination to support global sellers in navigating international regulations. You'll collaborate across time zones and functions to deliver educational messaging that drives impact.
Key responsibilities

• create diverse content including emails, scripts, and videos to communicate clearly and creatively
• manage project timelines and stakeholder updates across global teams
• support international compliance initiatives with clear, instructional content
• apply AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency
• bring new, innovative ideas to make communications more compelling

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing across multiple formats
• excellent English writing/editing skills and attention to detail
• bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or similar
• familiarity with editorial standards (e.g., Chicago Manual of Style)
• experience working across regions and time zones
• fluency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
• additional languages (German, Italian, Chinese) are a plus
