Job Purpose:

As we scale production of our cutting-edge MicroLED technology, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality that will lead the development and implementation of VueReals QMS, supplier quality strategy, and product/process quality controls. Your mandate will be cross-functional and company wide spanning R&D support, manufacturing readiness, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Youll play a foundational role in building a scalable, compliance-ready Quality Management System (QMS) that enables operational excellence, customer trust, and sustained growth. This is a chance to define what quality looks like in a fast-paced and innovative environment while building the team and processes that deliver.

YOURDay-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead VueReals Quality Management department, setting structure, processes, and priorities.
  • Develop and own the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Drive product quality assurance during production and post-production, including issue resolution, NCRs, and containment actions.
  • Lead process quality activities such as SPC, GR&R, process capability studies, and internal quality audits.
  • Manage supplier quality systems, including qualification, incoming inspection, audits, corrective actions, and quality agreements.
  • Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Interface with customers on complaints, corrective actions, and audit follow-ups.
  • Prepare for and lead internal and external quality audits, including customer and third-party audits.
  • Support quality planning activities (e.g., DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP) in partnership with R&D and Operations.
  • Collaborate with Test & Verification and Manufacturing to ensure seamless quality control across the lifecycle.
  • Develop quality KPIs and dashboards, and lead ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers or technicians as the department grows.

TOOLS you need for your role:

  • 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality management, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or display industries.
  • Proven leadership in developing or scaling a Quality Management department or QMS.
  • Deep familiarity with ISO 9001 (Bonus: IATF 16949), and quality systems audit preparation.
  • Experience with SPC, GR&R, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, control plans, and issue tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of supplier quality engineering, including audits and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field; ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma) or similar are a strong asset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
