About the Role

We're hiring a founding AE to help us close more deals. You'll help own the entire sales process, from outreach to closing.

This is a commission-only role with big earning potential. You'll be backed by a strong technical team and supported directly by the founders. If you're self-motivated and know how to sell into growing companies, this is built for you.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the founding team to build repeatable sales and partner playbooks
  • Prospect new leads (CTOs, COOs, Founders at SME companies)
  • Send cold emails, DMs, and follow-ups that get replies
  • Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
  • Pitch our custom AI and software solutions in plain English
  • Manage proposals and close deals
  • Keep the CRM clean and follow up like a professional

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience selling B2B software, tech services, or consulting
  • Comfortable selling $25K–$100K+ enterprise projects
  • Confident with outbound - cold email, LinkedIn, follow-up
  • You know how to qualify a lead and close a deal
  • Bonus: experience selling custom dev or AI projects
  • You're organized, self-managed, and results-driven
