About the Role

Were looking for a client-focused and technically savvyTechnical Account Managerto join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and strategic IT guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Understand client business goals and align IT strategies to support them.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide insights on IT performance and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
  • Manage escalations and ensure resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client environments and interactions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, IT Consultant, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with PSA/RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an asset.
