About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Understand client business goals and align IT strategies to support them.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide insights on IT performance and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
- Manage escalations and ensure resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client environments and interactions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, IT Consultant, or similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) is a plus.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an asset.
