We are seeking motivated, early-career Mortgage Agents or Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1 to 3 years of mortgage industry experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

What You'll Do:

• Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads

• Support clients through the mortgage application and approval process

• Collaborate with mortgage brokers and underwriters to close deals efficiently

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in the mortgage industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

• Mortgage agent license (preferred but not mandatory, depending on the role)
