A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION FIELD ASSISTANT

As a Production Field Assistant, you'll work closely with the Roofing Project Manager to keep job sites organized, efficient, and safe. Your mornings might include loading materials, setting up signage, or helping crews get started on the day's tasks. Throughout the day, you'll assist with site checks, take photos for documentation, deliver supplies, and help solve minor issues before they become problems. You'll also play a key role in communication-between the office, the crew, and sometimes the customer. Every day is different, but your goal stays the same: support the team and help projects run smoothly from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors
• Able to take directions and solve problems on the fly
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift and carry materials as required
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC).
