Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professionalReceptionistto join our Calgary office full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and supporting a busy office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their administrative skills in a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage meeting room bookings

Office Support

  • Keep common areas tidy and well-stocked with supplies
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with document formatting, printing, and filing
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

Onboarding & Coordination

  • Help prepare workspaces for new employees
  • Support scheduling and logistics for onboarding activities
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth setups

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset
  • 03 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Experience in a professional office environment is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Additional Details

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Calgary, AB
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
