Position: Director of Media Partnerships

Role Overview
As Director of Media-for-Equity Partnerships, you will lead the identification, structuring, and execution of equity-backed media deals that fuel efficient growth for emerging brands. You will work at the intersection of venture capital and media strategy-partnering with founders, performance marketers, and publishers to deploy media as a growth asset. This is a high-impact role for a dealmaker with both creative instincts and commercial rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate media-for-equity partnerships with early- and growth-stage startups.
- Build and maintain relationships with media publishers, influencers, and strategic content platforms.
- Oversee campaign execution and performance metrics, ensuring media allocations drive measurable growth (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Manage end-to-end deal structures, including equity contracts, performance-based milestones, and investor reporting.
- Represent our client at media, venture, and brand industry events, championing our innovative approach.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in media partnerships, brand development, or venture-backed growth.
- Proven expertise in digital media strategy, with fluency in key performance metrics (CPM, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
- Strong acumen for structuring creative, founder-aligned equity deals.
- A robust network in the DTC, SaaS, and consumer brand ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
