Our pharma client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This will be remote, and you will be working on a pharmaceutical brand. This will start off as 20-25 hours per week, and quickly ramp up to fulltime hours per week (and likely even convert to FTE).
What you will do:
- act as a trusted partner in the creative process, building relationships with both internal marketing clients and creatives
- lead omni-channel campaigns, agile, projects from conception to completion, keeping all stakeholders informed along the process
- partner with marketing to scope project objectives, goals, phased work, ID'ing creative opps etc.
- develop creative briefs;comprehensive schedules and timelines
- work with creative operations to flag bottlenecks in workflow and creative reviews
- be a strategic planner for internal stakeholders and creative team to ensure marketing collateral projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope
- use your knowledge of creative projects and workflow to effectively ask questions during project intake
Requirements:
- 6+ years Creative AM or PM experience, with omni-channel (mobile, email, social media, web site and print) and scope build experience
- Expert level in Project Management software and MS Office required
- Agency or fast paced pharma background is ideal
