Are you driven, personable, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most? Our growing Desjardins Insurance Agency in Bolton, Ontario is looking for a full-time Insurance Account Manager who thrives in a sales-focused, in-office environment.

Whether you're licensed (LLQP, OTL, or RIBO) or brand new to the industry and eager to grow—we want to hear from you! We're willing to train the right person with the motivation and potential to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sell with Confidence: Identify new opportunities, build trust with clients, and close business with tailored insurance solutions.
• Build Relationships: Provide ongoing support and advice to help clients feel secure, understood, and protected.
• Cross-Sell Opportunities: Expand coverage across personal and commercial lines, including auto, home, and life insurance.
• Client Management: Stay on top of renewals, claims support, and follow-ups to keep clients happy and loyal.
• Office Collaboration: Work on-site with a supportive, high-energy team that's committed to your growth and success.

What You Bring:

• LLQP, OTL, or RIBO license is preferred
• No license? No problem—we're willing to train the right person
• Strong sales ability and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office setting

Compensation:

• $40,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience
• Very generous commission structure—your hard work pays off
