What You'll Be Doing:

• Reach out to current clients who don't yet have life coverage in place
• Uncover needs, educate clients, and offer personalized solutions
• Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
• Track progress and follow a simple internal process for quotes, sales, and onboarding
• Maintain policy quality and persistency standards (see below)

What You Bring to the Table:

• LLQP license required
• Confident communicator who can hold real conversations about family, finances, and future planning
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
• Experience in life insurance sales is a plus—but the right attitude and drive matter most
• Must be able to work on-site in Bolton (this is not a remote position)

Compensation Details:

• Small base salary + 100% of commissions paid to you
• Clawbacks apply if policies are cancelled within the first 24 months—policies must remain in force for a minimum of 2 years
• Full access to a warm, existing book of business
