Position Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our rental furniture. Playing a pivotal role in the maintenance of inventory and order accuracy.

Key Accountabilities

Warehouse Support:

  • Assist in general warehouse duties including cleaning, re-packing, and restocking inventory.
  • Organize warehouse inventory to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Clean, repack, and re-rack received inventory to maintain warehouse organization.
  • Pick/pull and stage inventory for orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Check inventory and shipments for damaged or missing items, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Perform basic furniture assembly and minor repairs using hand tools as necessary.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and conduct regular counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain general warehouse cleanliness to uphold safety and hygiene standards.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift or carry items up to 60lbs.
  • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Must be punctual with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and ability to adhere to workplace safety precautions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to show initiative.
  • CSA approved steel toe shoes/boots.
  • Fork Lift Certification (beneficial)

Working Conditions:


  • Warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements.
  • Physical work involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
