Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:45 PM (Overtime available until 5:00 PM)

We're currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable and growing manufacturing company in Concord. They are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with solid experience using power tools and paint guns. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with hands-on training provided for the right candidate—no prior spray painting experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Use paint guns to spray paint aluminum window frames (training provided)

• Prepare materials for painting, including cleaning, taping, and sanding

• Inspect finished products for quality and touch up as needed

• Assist in moving materials and perform regular heavy lifting

• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures

• Support general production duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience using power tools and paint guns in a workshop or production setting

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a hands-on role

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive lifting

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Must have steel-toed safety shoes
