Facilities & Grounds Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented and dependable Facilities & Grounds Technician to join our Veyron Team.

This hands on role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall functionality of our luxury rental properties. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining an upscale environment through thorough cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:

• Conduct light repairs including painting and maintenance issues.
• Assist with turnover of vacant apartments, including cleaning, painting, and basic repair tasks.
• Respond to tenant requests
• Respond to after hours emergencies as part of an on call rotation.

Cleaning & Housekeeping:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, all amenity spaces, elevators, and restrooms.
• Conduct turnover cleans for month ends.
• Keep the property at the highest of standards.

Groundskeeping:

• Maintain landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, weeding, watering etc.
• Monitor irrigation system and work with the facilities technician for maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain concrete areas by pressure washing and or leaf blowing
• Assist with salting and snow removal of walkways during the winter season when necessary

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents, maintaining a professional and personable demeanor at all times.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a accordance with safety protocols and company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Use our Property Management Software for resident requests and assigned tasks
