Whether it's through our direct platform, broker partners, or partnership programs, our mission is to modernize how business owners access insurance.

Why Join Us?

Ready to make a real impact at a fast-growing, innovative company? As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of the client experience—building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping small businesses protect what matters most. • Be a go-to advisor for everything from renewals and policy changes to troubleshooting and tailored coverage recommendations
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that benefit the client
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Manage billing, AR, and coordinate with internal teams like Underwriting and Accounting
  • Build trust and loyalty through consistent, top-tier service

What You Bring

  • RIBO license (in good standing—essential!)
  • At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Experience working with major market portals (EPIC and HubSpot knowledge = a bonus!)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A client-first mindset with a talent for building relationships
  • A proactive, positive attitude—you're a team player who gets things done

Bonus If You Have

  • Insurance Diploma or post-secondary insurance education
  • Personal Lines background
  • Previous experience in high-growth or tech-driven environments

Perks & Benefits

  • Your birthday = your day off
  • Volunteer Time Off – support causes you care about
  • Casual dress, always
  • Regular social events – celebrate wins, milestones, and each other
  • Flexible hybrid work model
  • Room to grow – we promote from within and invest in our people
