Product Training Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a tech-savvy, people-oriented leader to champion WatchDogs product training. Youll be the go-to expert empowering new and existing clients in integrating WatchDogs innovative wellsite monitoring solution into their daily routines. Role Description:
Client Training (50%)
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the product to deliver engaging training remotely, in-person and via WatchDogs LMS.
- Conduct site visits to build rapport and understand client needs firsthand.
- Respond to inbound training requests to support clients in achieving meaningful product value.
- Manage and spearhead WatchDogs on-demand LMS training platform.
Documentation & Collaboration (50%)
- Document client engagements, ticket updates, and project milestones using internal tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.
- Collaborate with installations, customer service, and sales teams to ensure that client needs are supported and product rollouts are smooth.
- Attend and contribute your expertise and client feedback to internal product training and development release sessions.
- Create and maintain up to date training content using tools like Easy Generator, LearnUpon LMS, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 Years experience in a client-facing or training-specific role.
- Post-Secondary education, ideally in an energy-industry applicable or technical field.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations transparently given dynamic objectives.
- Experience creating and delivering training content personably and professionally.
- Experience working within Learner Management Systems and content authoring tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira)
- Valid Class 5 drivers license (company-provided rental vehicle).
- Willing and able to travel once per month within Alberta, Saskatchewan, and occasionally to the United States.
- Preference given to applicants with energy industry experience and/or familiarity!
