About the Role

Youll be the go-to expert helping new and existing clients understand, adopt, and master our innovative well site monitoring solution. Role Description:

Client Training (50%)

Deliver engaging product training sessions via LMS, Teams, or in-person

Conduct site visits to understand client needs firsthand

Answer client training requests (internally & externally)

Assist the Installations team in troubleshooting technical WatchDog issues and work closely with client support teams

Manage and spearhead the entire LMS training software system and online training materials

Learn complex applications and device mechanics like a pro

Knowledge of Oil & Gas operations a definite asset

Work with internal tools like K9, Hubspot, Jira, Confluence, and more

Collaborate with installations, customer support, and sales teams daily

Assist in commissioning devices to ensure everything runs smoothly

Documentation & Collaboration (50%)

Keep immaculate case logs, contribute to the knowledge base, and share insights with developers

Stay ahead of new product features and be the training go-to for clients

Create and maintain top-tier documentation for training and product updates

What Were Looking For:

2+ years in customer service, training, or facilitation

Post-secondary education required (bonus if its in Petroleum Engineering or Oil & Gas!)

Excellent communication skillsclear, professional, and engaging

Ability to work independently and meet/exceed deadlines

Detail-oriented & tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Hubspot, ticketing systems)

Oil & Gas knowledge a definite asset!

Willingness to travel up to 50% for client training as needed (1-2 weeks per month)

Valid Class 5 drivers license to visit remote client sites

Performance Goals Youll Crush

Respond to client inquiries within 2 business hours

Aim to connect with new customers within 15 days of their initial order

Deliver internal training within 1-2 business days

Conduct off-site training sessions monthly

Manage multiple tasks like a pro while staying positive & engaged
