Were seeking anOutside Sales Representativeto support continued growth across British Columbia. Youll manage existing client relationships while prospecting new business across a defined territory, selling a suite of high-impact industrial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy with measurable goals and milestones
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts while prospecting and onboarding new clients
- Promote and sell products such as dock levelers, seals/shelters, industrial doors, HVLS fans, and overhead door services
- Identify and follow up on leads, conduct cold outreach, and close new business opportunities
- Present detailed quotations and proposals tailored to each clients operational needs
- Stay informed on competitor activity and evolving industry trends
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide regular reporting to leadership
What we're looking for:
- 23+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (industrial or construction sectors preferred)
- Proven success with cold calling and new business development
- Experience with overhead door systems or related equipment is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical products clearly
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organization
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; CRM experience is a plus
- Education in Business, Sales, or Marketing is an asset
- Knowledge of skilled trades, industrial equipment, or construction environments is a bonus
