Position: Junior Estimator

Location: Richmond Hill (Hybrid/Flexible)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and restoration projects

– Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications

– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing

– Support senior estimators in bid submissions and quantity take-offs

Requirements:

– Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of construction processes

– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software

– Strong communication and organizational skills
