Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a health authority located in Vancouver (Sinclair). We are looking to hire a Senior Coordinator, Ability Management to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, which has the possibility of extension.
Your new role
- Extensive previous experience the role of Ability Management Specialist, Advisor, or Coordinator
- Working for the Director, HR Advisory Services under direction from the Program Lead, Ability Management
- Support with claim intake and case management of STD, LTD and WSBC cases
- (G)RTW planning and support with HRBP's and managers
- Reviewing medically-related accommodation requests - ergonomics, remote work etc.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and OHS team members
What you will need to succeed:
- Ability Management, case management, WSBC and STD/LTD, HRIS (PeopleSoft, WHDB)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled using MS Office
