Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities
•Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, print, digital, in-store)
• Support content creation for promotional materials, including posters, banners, flyers, and social media posts
• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing events (e.g., product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, community outreach)
• Manage the brand's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Red, etc.), including content scheduling, follower engagement, and performance tracking
• Monitor and analyze marketing data and campaign performance (ROl, reach, engagement, customer conversion)
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, and sales) to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, or consumer brands
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with event planning and campaign execution
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
