Salary: $40,000 – $124,000 per year (base + commission + bonuses)

Work Location: In-person

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle incoming online leads, phone calls, and emails
• Guide customers through the car buying process
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory
• Help create a welcoming and customer-focused showroom environment

Qualifications:

• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• OMVIC License ( Required)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Windsor, ON

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
