Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Go-to-Market plans tailored to the Canadian market, ensuring alignment with regional and global marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Ideate, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to promote products and solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Lead Management: Collaborate with the CRM team to manage and nurture Sales Qualified Leads (SQLS) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLS), ensuring effective tracking and conversion.
- Analytics and Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and distribute performance reports using available marketing tools to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, including trade shows and mobile marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand representation.
- Mobile Marketing: Organize, schedule, and manage logistics for the travelling demo equipment vehicle within Canada, showcasing product capabilities to clients and prospects.
- Merchandise Management: Coordinate Canadian merchandise needs, liaising with internal stakeholders, the U.S. marketing team, and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
- Channel Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Canadian channel partners on co-op marketing activities, product launches, distributor programs, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Vendor Relations: Engage with external vendors, such as commercial printers and industry publications, to execute projects aligned with the marketing plan and brand standards.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as the brand ambassador in Canada, ensuring consistency and accuracy of corporate messaging, imagery, and objectives across all marketing materials.
- Public Relations: Coordinate PR activities with media and other stakeholders, in collaboration with the U.S.-based PR team, to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Budget Management: Oversee the Canadian marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and managing the purchase-to-pay process.
- Travel: Must be able to travel to Germantown (Milwaukee), WI, at least twice per quarter to coordinate with the broader marketing team.
- College diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the electrical, electronic, or automation industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Proficiency in French is required.
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with marketing budgets, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, is preferred.
- Experience driving a high-cube van is required for mobile marketing initiatives.
