Assignment Duration : 5 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Shift Time: Day Shift (7 am to 3:30 pm) AND/OR 2nd Shift (3:30 pm to 12 am)

Job Description

Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. Requires a high school diploma

Assembly Job Description:

· Perform PTH (pin through hole) component insertion and other manual electronic assembly operations on printed circuit boards.

· Set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the assembly process.

· Verify mechanical dimensions and other features as required.

· Use hand tools to assemble units according to product specifications

· Basic soldering experience and torque would be performed as part of the job.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

· Basic computer skills Able to stand/walk for entire shift and lift upto 35 - 50lbs.

· Will be required to wear personal protective equipment.

· Requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Company
