We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Landscaping Team. As a key member of our team, you will help maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces of our residential and commercial properties. Your work will directly support our mission of building better communities, ensuring our properties look their best for current and future residents.

Key Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping:
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including lawn care, planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, and watering.
- Maintain outdoor common areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Assist with seasonal projects such as flowerbed installation, garden cleanup, and minor hardscaping.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or property concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Support a positive, team-focused environment, bringing enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to the role.
- Contribute to building an engaged and supportive workplace culture.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all health and safety procedures, using proper equipment and PPE.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and residents.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (required).
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Experience with landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar work (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to work full-time hours during the summer months (part-time now until school ends is possible).
