KalSoft is looking for an Engagement Coordinator - Sales to join our team in our Mississauga office. The candidate will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person will have excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. As a Sales coordinator he/she will serve as the point of contact between KalSoft and our prospects and clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Responsibilities:

  • Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
  • Sales services - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Administration – Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies, and packages. File and keep good records. Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed. Maintain an organized filing system. Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.

Requirements:
  • Only Canadian residents apply.
  • Associates degree is preferred
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
