Internal Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a Warranty Administrator / Internal Service Advisor to join our team at our newly renovated state of the art Crown Nissan dealership, located in the Waverley Auto Mall. As a Warranty Administrator / Internal Service Advisor, you will be preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the dealer and reconcile them accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of automotive experience (preferred)
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management expertise
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, polite, courteous

What you'll do:

• Manage all warranty receivables
• Produce and receive purchase order, also opening and closing service work orders
• Answer, screen, and forward calls and relay messages to proper individuals
• Obtain and process information required to provide service in a timely manner
• Assist with overseeing the Service department's operations and scheduling
• Other duties as required
