This is a remote position.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Set clear and measurable goals for individual team members and the overall sales team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train top-performing sales representatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
