This is a remote position.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Set clear and measurable goals for individual team members and the overall sales team.
- Recruit, hire, and train top-performing sales representatives.
- Coach and mentor team members to help them improve their sales skills and close deals.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
