IT Retail Systems Administrator – Hybrid Remote

Reports to: IT Retail Manager - North America

Location: Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

We are looking for an IT Retail Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology Team. This position will administer the Retail Systems comprising of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (POS, Finance & Operations, Loyalty, eCommerce), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Profisee Master Data Management and Adyen Payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer and configure the Retail Systems in accordance with business needs such as new site setup & campaigns.
  • Maintain and provide escalation point for Support Services in relation the various Retail Systems
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to investigate and resolve issues
  • Support testing and deployment of all software updates to the production environment
  • Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve configuration and software issues within the Retail Systems including categorization, prioritization, and technical escalation
  • Write, publish, or update configuration documents related to Retail System operations for use by Support Services or other members of the department
  • Assist with projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years' experience in IT support or comparable role
  • Post-secondary Degree or diploma with concentration in computer science or related field
  • Experience with core software applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and / or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or similar retail software applications
  • Knowledge in cloud solutions, IT demand management, testing protocols, Microsoft Azure, programming (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET) is an asset
  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines and integrating new technologies
  • Retail Industry experience as a nice to have
  • Ability to work in a team to discuss technical matters pertaining to issues, problems, or technical specifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate is a nice to have
