Bin Washer & Bin Repair Functions

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Ability to use a pressure washer through each day, consistently repair bins and conform to the company's expectations as described in the bin repair protocol
• Ability to work independently and safely with minimal supervision and maintain output requirements
• Demonstrate consistent reliability
• Ware required PPE, exhibit good attention to detail, perform safe lifting of heavy objects

Apple Packer Functions:

• Must be available to work night shifts.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized packline environment with a strong work ethic to get the job done efficiently and safely
• Ability to work as part of a team to pack, handle, and sort fruit (primarily apples)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take directions from supervisors
• Ability to maintain food safety standards - safety shoes, hairnets/snoods, jackets, and no piercings or jewelry
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of different climates
• Consistent, reliable, and reliable transportation
