Duties and responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Present and promote products or services to clients, emphasizing the value proposition.
  • Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product or service offerings with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts or agreements with clients.
  • Ensure that contracts meet both client and company objectives while minimizing risks.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.

Working Conditions

  • Using computers, printers, scanners and other office equipment.
  • May require working evenings and weekends. Potential travel requirements.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
