ROLE SUMMARY

Scarab Digital is seeking a versatile Office Manager and Executive Support Coordinator to be the organizational cornerstone of our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a proactive multitasker who thrives in managing office environments and providing top-tier administrative support to senior management, including the President.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the company, embodying our culture and values in all interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and senior managers, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential communications.
  • Assist in HR and finance tasks, supporting the smooth operation of these critical departments.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, kitchen, and communal areas, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
  • Facilitate internal communication, acting as a liaison between staff and senior management.
  • Organize and support company events and meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

TO BE AN ALL-STAR
