ROLE SUMMARY

Scarab Digital seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist to develop and lead our HR functions, fostering a workplace culture that aligns with our innovative spirit and dynamic team needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, and creating HR policies that support Scarab Digital's strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's growth, culture, and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, aligning workforce planning with business needs.
