Satori Health is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner passionate about delivering meaningful, hands-on care as part of the gynecological and women's health specialty clinic at our Greenview location.
Within the full scope of your practice, you will work as a member of a multidisciplinary collaborative healthcare team alongside a certified gynecologist to support a panel of women's health patients and assess and care for incoming gynecological referrals.
Your role will include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating chronic conditions, and developing personalized care plans focusing on health promotion. Collaborating with a diverse healthcare team, you will be able to make a significant impact in your patient's lives by providing them with high-quality and well-coordinated healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinic-based outpatient care to women's health and gynecological patients
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to diagnose and treat patients' acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice, monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless quality patient care
- Participate fully in the Satori Collaborative Health Program
Requirements
- A valid unrestricted Alberta (All-Ages or Adult-Only) Nurse Practitioner license
- A minimum of two year's practice experience in a primary care setting
- Experience in women's health or working in a gynecological practice is an asset
- Proven clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, demonstrating competence in patient care
- The ability to use evidence-based practice to formulate diagnoses and establish comprehensive, holistic and therapeutic care plans
- Ability to follow the hours of the clinic which may include evenings and weekends

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
