THE ROLE

As a Coordinator/Scheduler, you will be working at a manufacturing plant, scheduling work orders. This is a great permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple workers for various jobs. You will be working in a team environment on the day shift. This is a growing company that is very busy right now. This position is located in Burlington for a medium size manufacturing plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Customer Service
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Resolve work-related problems
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  • Create, investigate, track, and complete work orders
  • Monitor production progress
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Project management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of scheduling experience
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Experience as a Coordinator/Scheduler in a manufacturing enviroment
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized
